Build your snowman using anything BUT snow! Entry should be at least 4 feet tall but not exceed 7 feet tall!
Show off your creativity and help us decorate Christmas in Valley Center this year with your festive creations! All businesses, non-profits, schools, groups and families are invited to enter this FREE contest.

This contest is intended to add holiday cheer to Christmas in Valley Center and be family friendly. Snowmen that are distasteful or not family friendly will be disqualified.
• Snowman to be delivered to Bates Nut Farm by Friday, December 5, 2025 from 1pm - 5pm.
• Entry Deadline: Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 8am - 12pm
Winners will be announced Monday, December 8, 2025 at Bates Nut Farm.

How Do I Register?
Fill out an entry form and hand deliver to Bates Nut Farm.
Entry forms & snowman received December 5-6, 2025.

Where do I bring my snowman?
Bring your Snowman to Bates Nut Farm on Friday, Dec. 5th, 1pm - 5pm or Saturday, Dec. 6th, 8am - 12pm.
All snowmen entries must be delivered no later than Saturday, Dec. 6th by 12pm.

What are the Decorating Rules?
Your entry should be at least 4 feet tall but not exceed 7 feet tall. Please use materials that will be durable during rain, snow, sleet, ice or wind. All parts of the snowman must be secured to withstand outdoor elements. Snowman must be family friendly. Snowman should be labeled with name of entry. Snowman must be brought to the Bates Nut Farm no later than Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 12pm.

Who will Display my Snowman?
Volunteers of Christmas in Valley Center & Staff of Bates Nut Farm will display your snowman at the Christmas in Valley Center event on December 12th & 13th. Volunteers of Christmas in Valley Center or Staff of Bates Nut Farm will remove the snowman by the end of the event.

Winners will be called the week of December 8, 2025.
