Our Medjool dates are meaty with a small pit that is easily removed. Despite their sweetness, they are surprisingly low in calories. Full of fiber and nutrients, they make a delicious and healthy snack. While they are extrememly popular in baked goods, they can also be used in savory recipes. Stuff them with cream cheese and nuts, or wrap them with a piece of bacon and bake for a sweet and salty appetizer.
