Need an extra hand? We're here to help! Bates Nut Farm offers additional coordination services to help make sure your big day runs smoothly. 

Just like you, we care that all your work planning the wedding is executed seamlessly to make the most of the experience for you, your family, and your guests. In order to make sure everything runs according to plan, we require that you designate a day-of coordinator.

Your wedding coordinator will handle anything that relates specifically to your wedding, such as organizing and running your rehearsal, attending to the needs of the bridal party and guests, cuing the bridal party processional, preparing for and coordinating events on your timeline, and more!

Bates Nut Farm offers affordable coordination services that cover these day-of responsibilities so you don't have to worry about them. Choose a coordination package that fits your needs, or contact us to create custom or a-la-carte options. 


Premium Coordination Package

$1,425.00 - Additional $8.00 per person for over 150 guests

  • Creation of day-of timeline

  • Tables, chairs, and tablecloths for your guest seating, as well as up to (6) pieces of additional furniture to use for your sweetheart table, cake table, and more

  • All-day use of bridal suite with heating & air-conditioning, lots of lighting, mini-fridge, mirrors, outlets, and coded door lock

  • $150 credit to use our "Something Borrowed" inventory of rustic furniture and decor

  • Coffee bar with 100 cups of coffee, cups and lids, creamers and sugar
