Participate in our 2025 Community Yard Sales!

$30 gets you a spot in this popular event which sells out every year. You must sign up in advance and will not be able to sign up the day of the sale.

SPACES ARE FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED - We are sold out now for all sales.

• Limit of 2 spaces per sale, per each date
• 10' x 15' booth space
• Set Up Friday 3-5pm or Saturday after 5:30am
• All cancellations must be made 10 days before event for a refund.  No forwarding to future events.
• No early breakdowns permitted
• Leftover items and cardboard must be taken home at the end of the event. Do not leave items at Bates after the event.

The annual Valley Center Community Yard Sale is a don’t-miss for buyers and sellers alike. Sellers can convert unwanted treasures to cash. Shoppers can find all kinds of deals on furniture, art, clothing, home décor, tools, electronics and many other fantastic items. It’s a great way to spend a Saturday morning in the country!
