Date: Saturday, September 19, 2015

Time: 8:00am to 12:00pm

Description: The American Cancer Society Bark For Life is a fundraising event that honors the life-long contributions of Canine Caregivers. It presents an opportunity for people to be empowered through their canine companion partnerships and to contribute to cancer cures through the mission of the American Cancer Society. Families and their dogs come together for a few hours during the day and complete a one mile walk honoring the caregiving qualities of their canine Best Friends and cancer survivors. The day includes doggie games, top dog & dress up contests, team and community fundraising, music and food. Special dog guest demonstrations will be put on by therapy, police and rescue dogs.

Wagging tails bring family & friends together to make the ACS Bark For Life a happy and meaningful community event in support of the American Cancer Society. Please remember that only service dogs are allowed inside our stores; dogs on a leash are always welcome outdoors.
